Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2025  ·  Last updated: 25 June 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Servicito platform (the "Platform") — available at servicito.replit.app and associated domains — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Servicito ("Servicito", "we", "us"), governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

2. Definitions

  • ·Platform: The Servicito website, web application, and any associated services operated by Servicito.
  • ·User: Any individual who creates an account on or accesses the Platform.
  • ·Customer: A User who uses the Platform to search for, browse, or book services offered by Providers.
  • ·Provider: A User who has completed KYC identity verification and is authorised to list services on the Platform.
  • ·Booking: A confirmed service arrangement between a Customer and a Provider facilitated through the Platform's booking system.
  • ·Service Listing: A service advertised by a verified Provider on the Platform, including its description, pricing, and availability.
  • ·KYC Verification: The identity verification process required for Providers, involving the submission and review of a government-issued identity document.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Singapore to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Servicito reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration and Security

Accounts are created using Replit's authentication service. By logging in via Replit, you authorise Servicito to receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Replit user identifier for the purposes of creating and managing your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact.servicito@gmail.com. Servicito is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

A single account may be used in both Customer and Provider modes. The same individual may browse and book services as a Customer and simultaneously list services as a Provider, subject to completing KYC verification for the Provider role.

5. Provider Obligations

By listing services on the Platform as a Provider, you agree to:

  • ·Complete KYC identity verification before publishing any Service Listing, and maintain accurate identity information at all times.
  • ·Ensure that all Service Listings are accurate, truthful, complete, and not misleading in any respect, including pricing, scope, and availability.
  • ·Respond to Booking requests in a timely manner and honour confirmed Bookings unless prevented by circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
  • ·Deliver services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism consistent with the description in your Service Listing.
  • ·Comply with all applicable Singapore laws, regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to your trade or profession.
  • ·Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, credentials, or professional memberships.
  • ·Not list services that are illegal, regulated without the required licence, or that you are not competent to deliver.

6. Customer Obligations

By using the Platform as a Customer, you agree to:

  • ·Provide accurate and complete information when making or requesting Bookings.
  • ·Treat Providers with courtesy and professionalism, and respect their time and property.
  • ·Not make Bookings with no genuine intention to proceed, or otherwise misuse the Platform's booking system.
  • ·Pay for Bookings through the Platform's payment system at the time of booking, using a valid payment method.
  • ·Not make false or misleading statements in reviews or dispute reports.

7. Payments

Payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you make a Booking, you pay the total through the Platform and Stripe processes the charge. Servicito does not collect or store your full card or bank account details — these are handled directly and securely by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Funds for a Booking are held by our payment processor and released to the Provider after the Booking is completed. This holding period is a protection for both parties: it preserves the Customer's ability to seek a refund, in accordance with our cancellation and dispute policies, if the Booking is not completed as agreed, and it assures the Provider that payment for the Booking is secured before work begins. It is not a commission or charge — Servicito currently takes zero commission: the Provider receives the full service price set in the Service Listing, and the Customer additionally pays a card processing fee passed through at cost. The full breakdown is shown to you before you confirm a Booking.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued through Stripe in accordance with our cancellation and dispute policies, summarised for Customers in plain language in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a Booking is not completed as agreed, the Customer may raise a dispute within the applicable window before funds are released to the Provider. Servicito facilitates payments between Customers and Providers but does not itself provide financial or investment services.

8. Pricing

Servicito is free to start. The Platform currently charges no platform fees or commission to Customers or Providers for creating accounts, listing services, making Bookings, or leaving reviews.

We may introduce fees or paid features in the future as the Platform evolves. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes before they take effect, so you can decide whether to continue using the affected features.

9. Bookings and Cancellations

The service to be delivered under a Booking is a contractual arrangement between the Customer and the Provider. Servicito facilitates the connection and processes payment for the Booking, but is not the supplier of the service and is not a party to the underlying service agreement. The terms of the service itself — including scope and remedies for non-performance — are a matter for the Customer and Provider to agree upon.

Servicito accepts no liability for cancellations, no-shows, delays, or disputes arising from or in connection with any Booking. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may submit a report to Servicito for review. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues but our determinations are non-binding and do not constitute arbitration.

For a plain-language summary of how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled for Customers, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. That page is explanatory only; these Terms govern in the event of any conflict.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings may only be submitted by Customers who have completed a Booking with the relevant Provider as confirmed by the Platform's booking records. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on the reviewer's genuine experience of the service.

Reviews must not be abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. Servicito reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate these standards or these Terms, at our sole discretion.

Providers must not solicit, incentivise, or purchase fake reviews, or take any action designed to artificially inflate their ratings. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension.

11. Crypto Wallet Features

Users may optionally link blockchain wallet addresses to their Provider profile for display purposes. Adding a wallet address is entirely voluntary and has no bearing on a user's ability to list services or make Bookings on the Platform.

Servicito does not hold, manage, transfer, receive, or have any access to any cryptocurrency or digital assets. The crypto wallet feature is a display-only capability. Verification via MetaMask is a proof-of-address-ownership mechanism and does not create any financial arrangement between the user and Servicito.

Servicito is not responsible for any loss of digital assets, fraudulent transactions, or misuse of wallet information that occurs outside the Platform. Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallets and digital assets.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

  • ·Post false, misleading, or fraudulent Service Listings or booking information.
  • ·Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any other user.
  • ·Solicit or conduct transactions outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding reviews, accountability, or Platform policies.
  • ·Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Singapore laws or regulations.
  • ·Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.
  • ·Impersonate any person, entity, or Servicito itself.
  • ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
  • ·Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software to the Platform.
  • ·Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or for any deceptive purpose.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, design, code, and materials — excluding user-generated content — are the intellectual property of Servicito and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logos, or trade marks without our prior written consent.

User-generated content — including Service Listings, reviews, and in-app messages — remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Servicito a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in promotional materials related to the Platform, for the duration of your account's activity.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Servicito makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Servicito does not verify the quality, legality, professional qualifications, or suitability of any service listed on the Platform beyond the identity verification steps described in these Terms. Users engage with one another at their own discretion and risk. Any reliance you place on Service Listings, reviews, or provider profiles is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Servicito's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed SGD 100.

Servicito is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if Servicito has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Servicito and its officers, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your interactions with other users; or (d) any content you post or transmit through the Platform.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, for conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the Platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by writing to contact.servicito@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Clauses 13, 15, 16, 18, and 19 survive termination indefinitely.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We encourage users to first attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute directly with Servicito before initiating legal proceedings.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect, where practicable. Changes to address legal or regulatory requirements may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
