Data Deletion

1. Your Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Servicito holds about you. This page explains what data we store and how to request its removal, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. What Personal Data We Hold

Depending on how you have used Servicito, we may hold the following personal data associated with your account:

  • Account identityFull name, email address, and profile picture URL — provided via account registration or a linked social login (Google, Facebook, or similar).
  • Contact and profile detailsPhone number, date of birth, and any additional profile information you have voluntarily provided.
  • Service and booking dataService listings, booking records, messages, and reviews associated with your account.
  • Provider verification dataIdentity documents and KYC records submitted as part of provider onboarding.
  • Usage dataLog data and activity records generated while using the Platform.

3. How to Request Deletion

There are two ways to delete your data, depending on whether you still have access to your account.

Option A — Delete via your account settings (fastest)

  1. 1.Sign in to your Servicito account.
  2. 2.Navigate to your Profile by clicking your avatar in the top navigation.
  3. 3.Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info section.
  4. 4.Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompt.

Your account and associated personal data will be deleted immediately. This action is irreversible.

Option B — Submit a deletion request by email (for former users or those without account access)

Send an email to contact.servicito@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the data you wish to have deleted.

We will action your request as promptly as we can and confirm by reply once complete.

4. Exceptions and Retention Obligations

In certain circumstances we may be required to retain some data beyond your deletion request. These include:

  • Legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain transaction or identity records for a specified period.
  • Active disputes, fraud investigations, or law enforcement requests where data must be preserved.
  • Aggregated, anonymised data that can no longer be linked back to you, which we may retain for analytics.

Where retention exceptions apply, we will inform you of the specific reason and the expected retention period.

5. Third-Party Login Data

If you registered or logged in using a third-party service such as Facebook or Google, deleting your Servicito account removes the data we hold about you. It does not affect the data held by the third-party platform itself. To remove data from those platforms, please refer to their respective privacy and data deletion settings.
