Servicito is a dual-sided marketplace. On one side, customers can search for and book local services — from home and repairs to wellness, education, and more. On the other, independent providers get a place to be discovered, manage their work, and build a reputation.

Why we built Servicito
In many places, finding a reliable cleaner, handyman, or tutor still comes down to guesswork — and skilled professionals who do great work often struggle to be found. These trust and discovery gaps show up again and again across fragmented service economies, from Southeast Asia to Latin America and other emerging markets.
Servicito was built to help close that gap: to make quality local services easier to find, and to make independent work easier to build a living from. We chose Singapore as our launch market — a focused starting point for a much larger mission.

The founder
Servicito was founded by Alex Aung Khant, a French-Burmese entrepreneur. His experience across different markets surfaced a recurring pattern: customers struggled to find service providers they could trust, while many skilled professionals struggled to gain visibility and grow on their own terms.
Servicito is his attempt to help bridge that gap — but the mission is bigger than any one person. The goal is simple: make quality local services easier to find, and independent work easier to build a living from.

How do payments work?
When a customer books, the payment is held by our payment processor (Stripe) until the booking is completed, then released to the provider. This is designed to help protect both customers and providers.
